Cape Cod Vacation Rental

This cape style cottage is located near the Cape Cod National Seashore in Eastham, midway between Hyannis (for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard) and Provincetown (for art galleries, shops and whale watching). This rental features a wrap-around deck.

Master Bedroom has one queen bed, 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Also has a fold-out couch in the Living Room area. There is a living room/dining room combination with a kitchenette with large food prep counter. A/C located in main and large ceiling fan in LR/DR/kitchen area. Fans located in both bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, teakettle and all dishes, pans and cooking equipment including crock-pot and waffle maker. Wi-Fi, TV/VCR/DVD with cable TV. Also has CD stereo with MP3 port.

Guests provide their own sheets and towels, no daily housekeeping services. Cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner provided. Guests need to bring one set of queen sheets, two sets of twin sheets, towels and beach towels. Blankets and pillows provided for two twin beds and one queen bed. Rate is based on 4 persons. Bring sheets for fold out couch if more than 4 persons. Extra charge for more than four persons applies (see Notes below). Blankets and pillows for futon will be provided for extra guests. A pack ‘n play crib with bedding can be reserved for an additional $25 per week or weekend. 2 rolls toilet paper, dish washing liquid and dishwasher detergent provided. Guests provide all other paper goods and laundry detergent/softener. Cleaning fee included in rental fee.

Outdoor furniture includes wooden bench, chairs and table set on wraparound deck, picnic table, and a charcoal grill. Metal can provided for safe disposal of charcoal.
House sits on a pretty ¾ acre wooded lot with front garden and parking for two cars. Deeded beach rights to Town Cove at end of street makes this spot ideal for kayaking and canoeing as well as bird watching or a picnic on Eastham Town Cove. Cottage is just two miles to National Seashore Visitors’ Center and nearest Beach (First Encounter Beach on the Bay side) is just 2 ½ miles away. Food stores, gift shops, beaches restaurants, take-out, DVD rental in both North Eastham and Orleans.

Notes: Rates are based on 4 persons, 3-night minimum. The rate does not include 14.45% tax. $25 per extra person per stay. Maximum occupancy of 6 persons. The rental period is 7 nights Saturday-Saturday in summer. 3-night minimum in other seasons. Other arrival/departure options may be accommodated on request.

Non-smoking/no pets. Refundable $250 Security deposit is required.
Guests provide their own sheets/towels. Optional sheets/towels rental- $25 per set (1 queen/2 sets towels or 2 twins/2 sets towels).
